The one that everyone probably wants is the last pack which contains story dlc. However, what creates a “muddy feeling” is that the content announcement for BotW looks kinda pathetic. Thus, you may assume that the BotW DLC will also be good. The cost of the season pass in the end with worth it.

We can however create an assumption on how it will be based on what the company so far announced and their previous track record. The fact is that we don’t know at all how good the game is, so we really shouldn’t be judging now. This is something we should all be thinking because the value of a video game varies from people depending on how content they are with what they purchased. Are we actually getting a game with 100% finished content, or are we getting a game with 70% on the disc and 30% in the dlc. What’s important is how the companies handle the dlc. There are way too many unknown factors that influences this thought process of either being “good” or “bad”.ĭLC has been around for a while now, with EA baring the front most of the time with their DLC decision in games, but companies like Ubisoft have also been doing this as well. Should we be happy that Nintendo is making extra content for such an huge game, or are they doing a crappy thing to customers? The answer is that we don’t know. So my final stance with Nintendo is that I can be biased in some ways, but I try to stay neutral with it.I think this will probably lead me to a post about fan boyism, and the toxic it culture it has (aka neogaf). Sure there isn’t a crazy motion control gimmick this time, and the game lineup isn’t the best (1,2, switch please lower in price!), but I love the concept, the idea, and I’m willing to spend my hard earned money on it.

I own other consoles such as the PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 (we don’t talk about one), and I’m a PC gamer. However, much like when the Wii was first announced and came out, I have the same exciting feeling for the Nintendo Switch. Most of them don’t really affect me much to be honest since they also do very good things as well.
Wii U UI, Eshop shenanigans, terrible online integeration (lobby, matchmaking), 1st party game decisions. That said, I do dislike them sometimes for all the stupid mistakes they do.
